I am a self-taught abstract artist, obsessed with color and emotion. As an artist, I strive to create works that encapsulate these complex feelings. Over the course of our lives, we experince a terribly wide range of incredibly varying emotions, be they fleeting and darting or persistent and relentless. I want the colors and contours of my paintings to trap those thoughts and feelings; I want to keep them and share them indefinitely.
